Two of these images have been turned black and white through photoshop. However, the top one was done so through the Grey Scale tool, and the other through the Desaturate tool. You can see a minor difference between them. Beneath them is the original image.

It's only until you begin to manipulate the different color channels in Photoshop do you notice differences in desaturate and greyscale.
